Trampling His Arms With Muddy Hiking Boots

I rail into the vapid on the back of my slave - and I brought along a doormat. But of course I wont clean my muddy hiking boots on the doormat alone - that wouldnt be any joy! I make him put his arms on the doormat and instantly begin trampling them under the aggressively hard boot feet. I even leap on his hands to get more wet mud out of the deep boot tread - and to hurt him even more ;- Then I spit on his hands a couple of times and light up a cigarette. While I enjoy my cigarette, I continue to trample his hands and spit all over them - and obviously I also use his hands as my ashtray!
