These boots are fairly old but they werent used much. The tips of their heelsare lean and acute. He cant take the agony anymore, but doesnt want her to stop walking on him. He puts a rag in his mouth so no one can hear his screams. It isnt clear why hes screaming so loudly, since the boots dont leave any marks. He slobbers out the rag so he can say something, but the dame is so involved that she puts it right back in his mouth with her heel.
