My Violent Feet Sink Deep Into His Belly

I embark trampling the slaves powerless six pack under my nude feet - stand on only one foot with my full weight, stand on my peak toes or let my high-heeled slippers bury deep into his guts. The slave moans in pains as his abs give in and my feet sink deep into his belly - but I continue anyway. I ask him if he needs a break - but obviously its not going to be a real break - maybe I should stand on his face or his throat instead of his belly?! :-D Then the belly trampling continues! In the end the loser tries to turn his body away - so I just flip him over completely and trample his back for a short time!
