Mistress Anfisa Knows No Grace

Tasks are there to be done by low, obedient slaves. Mistress Anfisa, with superior determination, instructs this rule to the worthless slave on the floor in front of her. She drills her pointed high high-heeled shoes deep into his puffies and makes him suffer untold pain, because this is the consequence of breaking the rule. In the end he could have easily fulfilled her tasks to her satisfaction, but he didnt and so now he is lying down there with his face distorted in pain from the heels of Mistress Anfisa digging into his sensitive nipples. Its his own fault! Mistress Anfisa knows no mercy!
