Custom-built movie:Hard foot lean flip flops and long toenails, white or transparent color. You find some roaches in the kitchen floor and you stomp on it without mercy for 2 minutes. Not a real roach, just a little something, a cloth on the floor. Just act like its a bug. Walk around and pose your toes to the camera while doing this. Tap toes Lift toes up etc. Dont take off the shoes. Camera view showing your legs and many face views.
